Getting started
How quickly can I launch my first campaign?
+
You can create an account and draft a campaign in Ad Manager quickly. Going live depends on adding a payment method, agreeing the IO (CPS, budget, volume) and Huuddle approving the brief with the publisher network. Same-day live is not a guarantee.
Do I need a media buyer?
+
No. Ad Manager is built for brand and CRM teams. Atlas helps you complete and improve the campaign so it is ready for approval. It does not buy media for you.
What does it cost to get started?
+
Creating an account is free. There is no platform subscription. You pay the agreed CPS only for subscribers we deliver after the IO is accepted. A card is required before a campaign can go live.
Can I trial Huuddle?
+
You only pay for delivered subscribers at the CPS on the IO. Minimums and first-flight volume are confirmed with you before anything goes live.
Subscribers & data quality
Where do subscribers come from?
+
Our publisher network reaches 8.5M+ members a week through native subscription placements. People actively choose to subscribe to your named brand. This is not a co-registered bundle and not a scraped list.
What does "verified" mean today?
+
The record passed the campaign's required-field checks (for example a valid email format) and was accepted for delivery. It does not currently mean independent identity verification or a match against your existing CRM file.
How is consent captured?
+
On the publisher unit. The advertiser is named at the point of opt-in. The campaign brief holds the consent copy and any privacy/T&Cs URL the brand supplies for the placement.
What information is recorded?
+
Time of receipt, campaign, supplying publisher, and the fields the campaign asked for. We keep an accept/reject log. We do not currently store IP, source URL or a wording snapshot in a downloadable compliance centre.
How does the data reach us?
+
Accepted records are posted to the CRM destination configured for the campaign (a webhook). We help you load that into Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or another CRM you already use. There is no one-click native connector today.
What happens after delivery?
+
The subscriber is yours. They should arrive ready to enter your existing email, WhatsApp, SMS or wider lifecycle journey. Huuddle does not send the welcome email for you.
Do you de-duplicate against our CRM?
+
Not yet as a standard product step. It is something we want to offer. Today you are billed for accepted, delivered records that passed field validation.
What about hard bounces?
+
Email format is checked at ingest. Bounce credits, where offered, are handled commercially with your account team rather than as an automatic in-product guarantee.
Compliance & GDPR
Is Huuddle GDPR compliant?
+
The model is designed around named-brand consent and first-party delivery to the advertiser. Read the Data & compliance page for the honest detail of what the platform records today.
What about PECR?
+
Campaigns are built as specific, named, affirmative opt-ins on publisher units. PECR has no certification scheme. See our PECR statement.
Are you ICO registered?
+
Our ICO registration application is being processed. We will publish the number when we have it. Privacy queries: privacy@huuddle.com.
Where can I see the consent record?
+
You receive the subscriber in your CRM with campaign context. A full in-app consent-receipt store is not live yet.
Integrations & CRM
Which CRMs do you support?
+
We deliver structured records into the CRM you already use. Common destinations include Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce and Mailchimp. Delivery is via a configured webhook, with our team helping you load the first files.
How fast does data arrive?
+
Records are sent on after they are accepted. Timing depends on the publisher feed and your endpoint, not a guaranteed two-minute native sync.
Can I trigger a welcome flow on arrival?
+
Yes. That is the point. Tag or map incoming subscribers in your CRM so they enter the journey you already run.
